As a small business, All Electrics required the support of a digital agency that could consistently deliver a surplus number of enquiries on a small budget. In addition to this, having recently given up a Jim’s franchise, All Electrics laid down the gauntlet for Xilix Tech to ensure a stable and profitable income.
Solution
With limited budget comes limited visibility and traffic. Therefore our attentions were immediately drawn towards ensuring that the websites conversion rate significantly improved by developing new landing pages. Once the foundations were set, we then turned our attention to paid search and activated hyper local campaigns to squeeze as much relevancy from the clients budget.
Results
The effects of tightening All Electrics sales funnel have resulted in a 15% conversion rate from paid traffic, a 30% improvement on value/cost and a 42% increase in monthly traffic comparitively to the previous year. This has enabled All Electrics to not only focus purely on their own business (and not a franchise) but also employ another technician within just a few months.
