With 3 locations and 3 different websites across Australia, Digital Next was handed the task of unifying the digital presence of RNR Serviced Apartments. Operated by 3 different owners, with their ideology of how the website should look, the gauntlet was thrown down to deliver a final solution and route-to-market strategy that all parties would mutually be in agreement with.

Solution

Budgeting additional hours for the architecture, Xilix Tech was able to combine co-owners opinions to deliver a slick, user-centric website experience that integrates with 3 third-party booking solutions. Utilizing WordPress’ multi-site functionality, all 3 websites can be scaled, administered and secured from a single dashboard by all parties – Making future upgrades lighter on the wallet for our client.

Results

Since launching this newly unified presence, and exploring cross-location marketing strategies through display advertising, RNR has seen an increase of 312% in online goal completions (including inquiries) whilst reducing their monthly website management fees by 14%. Furthermore, all website resources, logins, and access are now in a single location.
